Hello Smiley Wink

We want to use Alfresco to store some financial documents like Invoices… We don't want keep the papers… just all in digital format.

We research what to do from a legal point of view to move original paper.
Has anyone done that in Switzerland  :?:  Could you give steps to follow or people to contact :?:

Thanks !

Hello,

I have found some information about this. To use digital format, the main rules to respect are :

The document should be find in any time (backup,…)
    Signature of the document
Traceability of the document (having a Workflow about the steps of the document)
The people who check the enterprise look at this point to assure that it respects the law.

I don't know about the signature : Should we have a digital signature with hardware ? (http://www.cediti.be/fr/solutions/gestion-de-contenu/la-signature-electronique/) or it is possible to scan a signature (on a paper), assign it to the document and store with the record management of Alfresco ?

Thanks
