LDAP Sync partly successful

Hi - I installed activiti-app.war on Tomcat 7.0.42 and enabled LDAP. I have more than 500 users in LDAP. But I see that full sync always fetches only 500 users. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry about this question, but what's activiti-app.war?
Also do you have any error or warn messages in catalina.out file, located: /opt/alfresco/tomcat/logs/catalina.out

Have you tried to use the ldap subsystem in order to sync the users? If yes, what were the results?
