LDAP Import process losts ticket.

Hi, I have a problem with LDAP and tickets.
If a user is connected and automatic import of users starts the ticket of that user is lost.
Is it true? If it's so, it is a great problem.
Can you give me more informations?

Do not clear out existing users.
