hi everyone

I checkout all the source code and try to change the activiti explorer and activiti probe to  Chinese looking, SO I changed  "trunk\modules\activiti-webapp\src\main\webapp\WEB-INF\classes\messages\activiti-i18n-core.properties" to Chinese , and build the project , copy the war file to tomcat , but failed.

Does any one who doesnt speack English have done this , please give me some advices, thanks a lot.

What exactly failed? The building of the war or are the translations not showing up?

I'll ask the spring-surf guys if something special is required to use chinese language (eg. a encoding-filter turned on or something), I'll get back to you on this one.

Hi everyone,

I ran into a similar issue when I tried to get activiti (ver. 5.9) explorer to display its labels in chinese. What I did was to add another resource bundle file (messages_zh_TW.properties) to activiti-explorer/WEB-INF/classes, but the characters shown on screen were not encoded correctly.

If anyone has done this, please let me know how it is done, thanks!!
