JBoss?? Tomcat??

Hi all

I am planning to install and try Alfresco on a Windows Server 2003.

I downloaded the Installation guide PDF document, and it had 2 sections for windows: bubdle Alfresco with Tomcat, and bundle Alfresco with JBoss.

Now what i dont understand: do i have to bundle Alfresco with both JBoss and Tomcat??
and do i have to have JBoss and Tomcat installed before bundling Alfresco with them?
and what's the difference between both of these programs?

To my understanding, Tomcat is for Apache and JBoss for the workflow system, right?

If you managed to install alfresco with JBoss and made it work could you tell me how you did it please?
I ve followed the instruction given in the wiki but it doesnt work.
