java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Hi,

When I start the Alfresco services, it's throwing "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded". I am using Alfresco 4.2.C(32xbit). i have allocated 1 GB JVM RAM.

At the time, I have noticed some solr file is generating in "tomcat\temp\alfresco". I hope, it's blocking the Alfresco to proceed it  further. How to i proceed further.

what are the changes you have done to increase the memory allocation.I advice you to go though this.

Thanks for the reponse.

Concurrent user is less than 5. So i have allocated(1GB JVM, it is reflecting in the alfresco log at the time of service start ). But uploaded document size is high (30mb per doc). Any suggestion to fix this?
