Issue with install alfresco new versions

We want to implement install Alfresco automatically for our customers via "oneclickinstall", and we encountered the problem installation new versions > 5.0.d based on your documentation of manual installation for preinstalled environments with tomcat (not setup wizard)

I understand errors for openoffice, pdf2swf, imagemagick and I can install and configure it in alfresco-global.properties, but error with a menu (no items) is not resolved. Also if I try to edit and save my profile (add Name, job title, location or anything else) I see error in logs:

If I try install version 5.0.d - this issue does not occur, and I can upload, create documents, edit profile and other immediately after installation. But if I try newer versions 201602, 201605 - I see this "No items" message and cant resolve it.

Can you help me with it?

I have a big problem in my ldap-ad sync groups.
I have created a group in ldap which I want to be able to login in alfresco, in order to restrict the remaing users that are not part of the group to login in alfresco and therefore have access to alfresco.
the problem is that everyone who has an account in ladp can login in alfresco
