Is there any way to get all custom aspects quickly without scanning all documents in Alfresco?

It is required to query all custom aspects from Alfresco which follow a pattern, i.e like 'sc:%'.  I was wondering if there is any other way to get all custom aspects quickly, instead of scanning all documents of all folders in the system?

Is there the same function of  getClasses in DotCMIS? I could not see it.
