I am trying to sign a Contributor agreement to contribute the OSGi shell commands to manage the activiti engine from Karaf.

This wiki page http://docs.codehaus.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=163872771  has a individual contributor agreement, but
is there any Corporate Contributor agreement needed for the code contribution that my employer should sign?

-Srinivasan

Can you elaborate a bit on that contribution you want to make?  Can you give us a bit of background on your company your interest in contributing this feature.

If I missed it, please provide a pointer.

Hi Tom,

I am working for Cisco Systems and in our internal projects we are using activiti in a OSGi container (servicemix). As part of that integration we have added few karaf commands that provide CLI interface to the activiti engine from Karaf console. We want to contribute that code to open source.  I have discussed about it in this post (http://forums.activiti.org/en/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2312 ) and with Tijs Rademakers recommendation, filed a JIRA http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ACT-912 and preparing for the contribution.

I have been working with my employer to review and sign this contributor agreement (http://activiti.org/Alfresco_Contribution_Agreement.pdf), but the question came whether this individual contributor agreement is enough or the employer also need to sign any corporate contributor agreement.

Regards,
-Srinivasan
