Alfresco SVN unavailable or corrupt

I have been trying to update code to pull code changes that fix issue https://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=41091&start=0 but failing to to do an

svn update

. I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 and tried both Subversion and RabiitVCS but getting errors

svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.alfresco.com': Connection timed out

and

svn: REPORT of '/repos/alfresco-open-mirror/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read response body: Connection reset by peer (http://svn.alfresco.com)

. Are there any issues accessing the Alfresco Source Repo?

You need to svn relocate to http://svn.alfresco.com/repos/alfresco-open-mirror/alfresco/HEAD
