Is there a need to translate patch-service_en_US.properties

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a need to translate the content of patch-service_en_US.properties message file. I think these messages are used on alfresco first launch after an update, and i'm not sure that any of these translated messages are ever used (because language is not selected as alfresco applies patches).

Can you confirm or correct my throughts ?

I transmit once more this question. I really don't think that translating this file is necessary, because it is only used before any language pack is configured.

But i'm not sure about it. Can someone confirm this ?
