Problem with translation

I have a problem with translation. I have this screen for a 2-3 seconds which makes me impossible to check something in 'elements' in programming tool. How can I find a file with translation to this announcement. I tried to find with CTRL+SHIFT+F "This document is ..." in alfresco and share projects but I could not find it.
