Is Possible !! To invoke alfresco workflow from a ui

Dears,

This question is repeated and there is no help till now !

I'm trying to build a dashlet on the alfresco explorer 3.4.d contains button with an action to start a workflow; once workflow has been started the alfresco explorer must transfer the user interface to the first step in the workflow.

How can i achieve this task and if you don't how can any one give me a hint !!

Hi Team,

I have a problem and i don't know from where i can start !!, so any feedback can help me.

I read the Alfresco Developer Guide and other resources to solve my problem with no new news !! Simply i want to start
workflow (buil-in or other) from a JSP dashlet but once i click on the action within a jsp page i want to go directly for
the workflow start page (let my workflow have a parameters or let i use an adhoc workflow).

Is possible To do that !!, and i is it true how can i develop something like this. ?
