Is it safe to sync the virtual group structure of Alfresco Sites in LDA

When creating a site in Alfresco Share, some group structure is created for the siteroles.  ¿ It is safe to sync it from LDAP ? ¿ It it possible ?

P.S: It is clear that we can not create sites from LDAP, and the "other" Share user actions will have no efect (change role, add user), when syncing the next time.

I'm using 4.1.7 EE in this case.

Its probably safer to add a synced group to the site group structure.
