Is it possible to integrate the alfresco with an Call Center

I'm asking about Open Source Call Center integrated with Alfresco 4 release. It is responsible to manage VoIP, instant message, Video Calling and others.

Yes, it is possible. Anything that has an API that you can invoke from JavaScript, Java, Web Services, or REST can be integrated with Alfresco.
