Thx a lot.

In-addition, is there any partner/support in Hong Kong?
Besides, I not yet receive the quotation of Alfresco One - Departmental and Enterprise, could I find the reseller in Hong Kong, if any?

For your kind advise pls.

Sorry for the extra question.
The alfresco community edition has the "Workflow" function, can it be supported by customization like batch approval and batch email notification?

Yes. The workflows in community edition can be customized. You can see some examples here: http://ecmarchitect.com/alfresco-developer-series-tutorials/workflow/tutorial/tutorial.html

Thanks very much for your invaluable response.

Actually I have another critical problem posted in other thread but no one response as below:

Learned that Alfresco Community Edition has Workflow and can add multiple attachment in a single task.

I wonder if the approver can particular approve the specific attachment and returns to the user who started the workflow until finish the rest of attachment?

Grateful for you/all advise.

You can add whatever workflow you want or modify the existing ones.    Its probably best to add a new workflow.

Dear Mrogers,

Noted.

I am afraided my previous wording of the question is not clearly enough, I hope to illustrate again below.
For example,
Learned that a single task can enclose multiple attachments, ie, A task with attachment A, attachment B, attachment C… etc.

Is it available for the approver to approve each attachment on different date:
1/12 -> approve the attachment A and returns to the user who started the workflow.
3/12 -> approve the attachment B and returns to the user who started the workflow.
30/12 -> approve the attachment C and returns to the user who started the workflow and finished.

The above workflow is required to be completed under the same single task.

Is it available for the workflow to fulfill the above situation? or a single task can be only approved the whole task instead of partially approve?

Many Thanks.
