One of the great features of Dropbox and Box.com is that they integrate with a lot of software on iOS and Android systems, not just the official Alfresco App. Are there any plans to push direct integration with Alfresco Cloud to 3rd party apps? While WebDAV should make it easy for app developers, having a simple setup and login could make all the difference for non-technical users.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Yes, we have have been talking to various publishers about the save back functionality for iOS. Some have their own mechanism, we also have one available in our SDK, but they all require co-development and that takes time. We are also working with publishers to integrate direct access to your Alfresco repository within their apps, enabling you to view and annotate PDF documents without the need for save back. Either way, you will see progress in that area in 2013.From here: https://forums.alfresco.com/comment/131304#comment-131304
