Interrupting 'Add Content' wizard upon rejecting the file?

Is it possible to break the "Add Content" wizard when I decide to reject/delete the file that is being uploaded?
In this case the second page in the wizard references now non-existing file, which results in an error.

There's clearly a problem with Alfresco Explorer not expecting for the uploaded node to be absent.

The wizard needs to be fixed to display some sort of better error message.

OK, I will mark it with TEMPORARY aspect and delete it next time the action is run.
