Internal server error popup when new user logs in

Hi,
I am working on alfresco 4.0.b.When new user is created and when he logs in, it shows Internal server error popup box. The dashlets keep showing loading and at a point of time it stops loading. (the dashlets in this case are my tasks, my sites, my activities, my documents etc) ..when he searches for the site ..it shows "not authorized to get this site"..
But when admin or a user with admin role logs in..it works perfectly fine..
Looking forward for some help with this.

Is this same for all the users except Admin?
also have you created your own site or any custom dashlet something like that?
Also are you using community version? Check for license expiration in case of trial version.

Hi Mitpatoliya,

Its alfresco 4.0.b community version..not a trial version
I have created my own site and theres no custom dashlets.
And this behaviour is seen for all users except admin.
