I am using Version 4.2.b and it is bit strange that whenever I login using a normal user in Share, i get a pop up alert "Failure saying internal server error". When I click on ok, the window is grayed and I am unable to click any where on the screen. To access the repository, I either have to hit the direct URL or refresh the page and hit the repository link before the failure pop up message appears. The custom logo which I have uploaded is only visible to admin and is broken for normal users. The dashlets are not loading with the content and are showing errors. Below is the screen shot for the same. Any help or available fix for this is much appreciated.
It has been fixed, i actually took off the permissions from the normal users for the data dictionary folder, when i restored the permissions, it worked. Thanks
just add your all users or group of users to sites folder in Repository " Login as a administrator click Repository –> Sites –> Manage Permissions –> Add User/Group –> user or group name –> search –> add –> give permission and save and done 😘
