How can i do A simple java class to interface to repository using the  Alfresco API (Search/insert documents)

What API are you interested in?    Have a go with the CMIS workbench first.

yes i start with CMIS workbrench and i interface to repository , the probleme is how can i add "search document" and "insert document"  with a simple Java class
