I'm looking for similar information for MS Dynamics CRM. There is a pretty useful integration with SharePoint - CRM will create SP document libraries for entities when you create them in CRM, and gives you access to view, upload, check in/out, etc., documents in the library, directly from within the CRM user interface. As far as managing documents relating to a customer goes, this is exactly how it should be - directly available through the customer record in CRM, as well as through a document management system and technical integrations.
So my question is whether Alfresco implements (and supports) the interfaces necessary to behave just like SharePoint and integrate with MS CRM in the same way that SP does. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg334768.aspx.
