Integration activiti-modeler issue

I met such a mistake.
404 - GET /ActivitiProject/service/model/342501/json

already copy the editor-app, modeler.html to webcontent,

and stencilset.json in WEB-INF/classes

i have change the app-cfg.js to my web context :
ACTIVITI.CONFIG = {
'contextRoot' : '/ActivitiProject/service',
};

and  the   web.xml ,

Shouldn't the context root be  '/ActivitiProject'?
