Integrating MS-office with labs 3.0

Hi team,
I want ot integrate Ms-office with Alfresco.
But todo that i didn't found much more info on net. My Alfresco version is Labs 3.0 stable.
And that too i didn't found much more use to do it.
Can anyone explain how to do it and what is the exact use of it. And is there any additional plug-in required for this, if required those are free or commercial ??

Any help is appriciated.

There are two ways:
- Use the Office add-ins
- Use the Sharepoint integration

The wiki has lots of information on both approaches.
