If you mean changing the installation wizard, rather than the web client UI, then you'll need to do that using InstallJammer (the open source tool that we use).  The configuration for the installer is in our SVN repository along with the different scripts used.  Currently, the installers are built by hand, so there is some setting up to do by hand.
