Install eclipse designer plugin

Good evening,
I tried to install the designer plugin and tried to follow the activiti user guide http://www.activiti.org/userguide/
I have installed jdk 1.8.0_40
eclipse eclipse-java-luna-SR2-win32-x86_64 also tested with
eclipse-jee-luna-SR2-win32-x86_64 and
eclipse-java-kepler-SR2-win32-x86_64

I did not succeed.
The Acticviti diagram wizzard as shown in 12.2. Activiti Designer editor features in the user guide does not appear.
Every idea will be appreciated.

Hi Michael,

could you verify that the Designer Eclipse plugin is loaded?
By looking at Eclipse Installation Details (on a Mac: 'about Eclipse' -> 'Installation Details')
It should state;

Activiti Eclipse BPMN 2.0 Designer 5.15.0.201407081458 org.activiti.designer.feature.feature.group Activiti
