Hi
I have just started tinkering with Alfresco 3.4.d as a file repository for Moodle 2.1.1
I'm using an 'out-of-the-box' Alfresco 3.4.d community bundle installed on CentOS 5 Linux.
Have noticed that files (e.g. PDF, .doc) uploaded via the Explorer (/alfresco) interface do not seem to be associated with the correct metadata (mimetype) and are also invisible to Moodle via its Alfresco repository interface (file-picker).
However, the very same files, uploaded via the /share interface, are associated with the correct metadata and are visible to Moodle.
Modify Content Properties (View details >> Modify) displays different results depending on the upload route. A PDF file uploaded via /share has the correct Content Type (Adobe PDF) whereas the same file uploaded via /alfresco does not even have the Content Type option/attribute (and I can't see any obvious way to add it).
Any suggestions?
Is there a configuration option or template for Explorer (/alfresco) that can be used to fix this?
Cheers
Geoff
