inbound space - delete old versions of document

Is it possible to write a script using deleteVersionHistory ?

What i want to do:
If a document comes into a space, i want to delete all the old versions of this document because i don't need them anymore.
(space rule: on inbound  run a .js script)

If it's possible, how can i use it?

content rule : remove aspect versioning, inbound + update
wouldn't it be sufficient for your needs ?

I don't have the option "remove aspect versioning"

i only have this:

in this list I can see "remove an aspect from an item".
Select this.
Then, you will have to select which aspect.
Select "versioning"

And if i use versioning, all the old versions will be deleted?

it don't work. Ok, you don't see the versions anymore but they are not deleted…

the .bin files are still existing… Even if you delete the document the files are still there…

Anyone an idea how you can delete them when you don't need them anymore?
