in the new alfresco, where is data dictionary/web forms

i had used the beta of alfsreco, i was able access the company home/data dictionary / web forms.
but in the new release of alfresco. where do i get the web forms.
i dont find the folder web forms here. i find only company home/data dictionary

Have you installed the WCM bundle as well as the main Alfresco bundle?
