Are you planning to have seperate table or wanted to include it in the Alfresco database.
I suggest if you have nothing to do with Alfresco database then keep it separate.
And If that is the case then you can easily have your table have connection method whatever you like other then ibatis.
Also, just to inform you they have also continued support for Hibernate. 😎
So,apparently you have lots of options.
