I am new here, is there Alfresco for windows 32 ?

I am new here never used alfresco.

I want to download Alfresco, but I only found it for windows 64 bits.

I will appreciate if you can tell me where to start learning.

Welcome.

There is no longer an "installer" provided for any 32 platform.   However alfresco will run fine on old linux and windows.

It will be much easier if you can find a 64 bit machine.
