How to use Record Management

Hi all,

I am new to Alfresco.
I have to work on Record management. Please suggest how can I get familiar with all the menu options with their functionality as well how can I do some configuration changes within it.
Is there any user guide available?

Also suggest how can I view a document in Expiry option and what are the differences between Expiry and cut-off?
