How to upload folder in Alfresco Community Edition?

Uploading every single file to alfresco is quite time-consuming. Can somebody help me how to upload an entire folder to alfresco?

Our server is running of Windows 7 & we're using Alfresco community 3.4d

Hi,
try WebDAV, CIFS or FTP. There is no web-based folder upload out of the box.
