How to send email from RM event

Hi there
The records management functionality will work well for my requirement.
But, how can I send emails triggered by the following RM events:
- When a record is up for review (in the case it is a vital record).
- When a record become cut-off.

I can't seem to find any information about this. I know RM does not have rules and workflow functionality available.

I hope this is the correct forum.

Please help, I've been stuggeling with this for some time.

Must I model my folders in any way to achieve this?

hi,

You can use rules on relevant spaces to trigger mails on custom events.
