How to restore deleted files

I may sound a little silly asking this newbie question but I couldn't find any documentation for it so here goes …  How do I restore my deleted files in Alfresco Explorer ? I'm using Community 3.2.  I read that there is a manage deleted items but I couldn't seem to find it in the Admin  console.

User Profile > Management > Manage Deleted Items
