How to implement multilingual spaces

Hi all,

I want to be able to have the name of a space in different languages. Is this possible?
I saw that in earlier versions of Alfresco there was something like a multilingual space but that doesn't exist anymore in 3.1.1
Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Does someone know if it's possible to use multilingual content and set permissions so that one person could edit or update only the english version of document, the other one again edit only the german version? thanx
