How to hide Download button by profil/permission in Alfresco 5.0.d (Urgent)

Hi All,

    I need to hide all download button in share doucument for some users not all. But for now
all I can is to hide all button for all users. Is there a way to hide for only few users not all.
Thank  you in advance. (Very urgent)
