How to generate a jar for my custom widget and deploy it to my server alfresco?

I used a maven (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/archetype-catalog.xml) to create a project alfresco(amp) and share(amp) in eclipse. In my repo share, i have a widget but when i deploy my amps projects in my repo alfresco (server), I don't see my widget. So I think, i must generate a jar to include my widget that i can deploy in WEB-INF/lib. Hence my question.

Does anyone can tell me if I have not forgotten anything?

Why not check your project into github or some similar site and provide the link here so we can take a look?
