How to export existing users and their rights from Alfresco

Hello,

Does anybody know how to export existing Alfresco users and Alfresco Share users and their rights in Alfresco Community version 3.2 and after that import users in a Alfresco Community version 3.2r?
I am successfully export and import all Space and files in repository but now I need to create a Users somehow. I have a lot of existing users (with a specific rights to some Space inside a repository) and it is not possible to manually create a new users and their rights.

PS: I already try to upgrade from Community ver. 3.2 to 3.2r, but with a problem how is described in http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=8&p=75168
