How to create several sites from CSV

i want to create and enable several sites from CSV file.
My research on google since 2 week give me nothing

Why do you think you can create a site via csv?  In what way do you think csv is a suitable format?

Alfresco itself uses acp for the sample sites but there's then a bit of hocus pocus required to initialise share.

Hello, thank you for the answer.
il will make a CSV treatment on the html.ftl
after that, sending an array via POST method to the js file.

so now, i must find how to sending form content via POST
