how to copy data from one alfresco server to new alfresco

I installed the new alfresco server.
i have already old alfresco server .I want to copy all the data and users present in  old alfresco  to new alfresco.
Can anyone please tell me the procedure..

you have to take the backup of alf_data folder from you previously installed folder and copy this in your newly installed server as well take backup of solr folder also.
after that you have to restart the server.
You may also check HOTBACKUP or COLDBACKUP in alfresco.
