How to change alfresco default file system path

am using alfresco community 3.4c. I want to change alfresco default file system path. I referred http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/File_Server_Configuration but it is difficult to me understand. appreciate if some one can help me ?

Please let me know how to change "\\servernamea\alfresco\intranet" path to "\\servernamea\intranet"

AND

"http://servername:8080/alfresco/intranet" URL path to "http://servername:8080/intranet"

Please let me know is this possible to do?
