how run develop dashlet in easy way?

please help me to run my search.get.html.ftl and search.get.desc.xml without create AMP file and deploy it on alfresco?

anybody test code by paste on some folder, after editing code.

You can put your file in the shared loader of Tomcat, that is to say :
[TOMCAT_HOME]/shared/classes/alfresco/web-extension/site-webscripts/…
