How many users/CPU guidelines

Hello,

A frequently asked question by our clients is: How many CPU license(s) do we need for a company where 500 employees use Alfresco.

So my question is: how many users can typically work with Alfresco with 1 CPU license? Are there some guidelines/benchmarks concerning this question?
