Is it possible to upload a document in Share and allow it to be categorized? The only way I have found so far is to use Alfresco Explorer to allow categorization on a specific document. After that I can categorize it in Share.
you can categorize a document in Share if you apply the aspect "Classifiable" first - otherwise, the field will not show up automatically in the form (as not to pollute it). This can be done via the "Manage Aspects" action.
