How can I recreate Web Script Store

In the gui, I deleted the data dictionary with the webscripts, and now I can't start Alfresco

The error in the logs are
Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.alfresco.web.app.ContextListener
org.alfresco.web.scripts.WebScriptException:  Web Script Store workspace://SpacesStore/app:company_home/app:dictionary/cm:webscripts  must exist; it was not found

Since they are put there by a script, it should be possible to recreate it, but how?

Anyone know howto?

I solved the problem for now by changing in web-scripts-application-context.xml so that the Store is no longer mandatory
