How can i get user operation info

I have never used alfresco.
But i have a requirement now. 
1. To know  when and who change/delete/access file, and where the file is
2. To know the traffic of the upload/download when the user access.
Dose is can be achieved?  How can i do that ?
alfresco plugin ?
please give me some ideas.

Is your question about Reporting of audit details of all files OR you want to search for one particular file's details?

In past I have stumbled upon a source project http://forge.alfresco.com/projects/report-services/.
I think you can extend this project to create report of audit history as well.
