How can i create a dashlet without having to restart Tomcat Server

I want to create a dashlet on user dashboard without having to restart Tomcat Server,directly from the repository in share.

If you create related files,place it under web-extension under proper folder structure and refresh webscipts from webscript console you will be able to see that new dashlet without restart.

This is not clear Mitpatoliya.
My Question is if there are a folder on repository UI share that i can put my dashlet's files in order to be deployed automaticaly without having to restart Tomcat Server.
