How can I achieve the following features using Alfresco WCM

(1) Contextualization – Content in web site  needs to be presented as per geographic and other demographic features of the end user.
(2) Look and feel of the website.
(3) Enable SEM (Search Engine Marketing) , such that results are shown in top when ever a search is done on popular search engine sites like Google etc.
(4 )Auto Complete Web Search – As user types within the search box in the web site , auto complete algorithm offers searches that might be similar to the one user is typing.
(5) Migration of all existing website content to the Alfresco WCM Platform / Product.

Is there any way that Tagging content and providing details meta data to the content that are going to be publish on Internet site that will help to achieve
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) using alfresco???
Lucene is useful here anywhere??
