Hiding simple workflow action on folder for specific user

Hi everyone:
I'd like to add a simple workflow rule on a folder that mustn't be seen for some specific users  ops:
to be more clear, i have two kind of users clients and suppliers; clients send a document to the folder of suppliers
using simple workflow action; for that aim i have created a content rule called "submit to suppliers".

The issue is how  to hide the action "submit to suppliers" for suppliers?

I have already used the condition offered by Alfresco share( the submenu if all the conditions are met)
to use the filter on the name or firstname of the user or even the name of the company..But in vain :shock:

I m using Alfresco share 3.4.b

i would like to hide  the action "submit to suppliers" (wich is simple workflow action) for suppliers , So i choose in the sub-menu  if  all criteria are met:

Name equals supplier

I also  made a filter on the firstname, the lastname, and even on the company and the email adress

It doesn't work..i'm wondering if these are the right option to choose or not

I ll be gratefull to you guys, if you can tell me any idea
